It’s that time of the year! That’s right, Giving Tuesday is here, and we want to take a moment to give thanks. There is always something or someone to be thankful for.

First, we take a moment to reflect on the reason we all come together; the reason that we are driven to do the work we do: the children. Behind the headlines, there are thousands of children in foster or relative care who are subjected to abuse, abandonment or neglect. Fortunately, there is a small army of amazing individuals who advocate for these children. The Foundation would like to recognize the volunteers, staff, recruiters, attorneys, and others who are involved in the Guardian ad Litem Program who fight daily to ensure that these children’s basic rights and essential needs don’t get overlooked or ignored by the system. Please join us in thanking them all for their commitment and dedication to leading the Program and for ensuring that every child has their best interests met.
